Wednesday Weigh In
Wahoo!!!!! Another pound down! And even better, my friends at work said they can tell I'm losing weight. HAPPY DANCE!!!

Wednesday Weigh In
And I can say...WAHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Not only did I shed that evil 1lb gain from last week, but that evil pound took 1.5 of it's friends with it! Yay me!!! This makes me so happy. I was in such a slump over the past few stagnant weeks. Now I'm motivated again! And this next week is going to be hot and gorgeous so I can go and sweat off a few more pounds!!
Week 9 is in the history books!
I made it through week 9. I am currently starting week 10. I have some really good news to report - I have hit the 20 pounds lost mark!!!!!! I am really excited about this. I thought I would have hit it earlier, but I will take it nonetheless. I have 13 pounds to go until I reach my goal weight, after that, it will just be the vanity 5 pound weight loss. I would love to lost another 18 pounds, but will settle for the 13. Then I will be one really hot momma..........

Fitness On Friday
Went for a really nice walk today on lunch break. The weather was gorgeous! My daughter has had me out on the trampoline about every day for at least 30 minutes. She has so much fun, and I'm getting exercise at the same time. :)
It was grocery night....I hope I chose wisely. I'm a snacker, not an eater...so I tried to find healthy snacks. And there was a little recipe on the bag of chocolate rice cakes I bought that I'm going to try....It was just one chocolate rice cake, 2 T fat free whipped cream & a sliced strawberry.. Looked GOOOOOOD to me. :)
I need to cut out the soda, and eat breakfast at home instead of not eating and then binging on something I shouldn't. That will be my goal this week. Baby steps to get back on track.
Can anyone tell me how to not get bored of the same foods? My mom can eat the same thing everyday for lunch and snack and it doesn't bother her. I can take salad for 2 days and then I'm sick of it. :(

Weigh In Wednesday
And it's not good. After 3 weeks of staying the same, the scale finally moved, but the wrong way. Up 1 pound. :( I'm bumming.

It's been a while....
It's been a while since you all heard from me. I am still hanging in there. It's been 7 weeks total and I have lost a total of 18 pounds. Week 7 proved no loss no gain for me. It's the first week I have not had a loss. So I am getting back on the bandwagon and going to try harder this week. Although this weekend I am going camping and that could be my undoing. Hopefully the weather will break and we can get outside more. It has been cold and rainy lately. The kids are bouncing off the walls, they want outside too.
So, I am back onboard and hoping to do better this coming week. I will let you know and I will start posting more often.

Fitness On Friday
So, I'm a slacker. I didn't post last week. I found out that I really AM an emotional eater. The more stressed I got, the more I needed food. Shame on me!! So, this week, I've tried to stop myself. It hasn't been quite as stressful this week either, so that has helped. I better get it under control because the summer at work is not going to be fun with my boss out.
I hope to get back into walking this week. The weather has been nasty and COLD so I've not been going out on my lunch or break walks.
I'm at a stand still on my weight loss. It's been 3 weeks with no change. I'm glad it's not a gain, as I figured it would be, but I need to get back in gear. I think I post that every week :(
This week's goal: EXERCISE every day....either walk or a work out dvd. No excuses.
I hope to get back into walking this week. The weather has been nasty and COLD so I've not been going out on my lunch or break walks.
